Carolyn joined Melitas Ventures as a Partner in 2022. She was previously an investor at Alliance Consumer Growth and CircleUp, where she invested in high-growth consumer businesses across different verticals and stages. Before that, she worked at the private equity firm Sycamore Partners, evaluating acquisitions of large, iconic consumer and retail companies. She began her career advising companies at Goldman Sachs in the Consumer & Retail Investment Banking Group. Carolyn received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Stanford University.
