Chris Younger, Managing Director for Denver-based investment bank CapitalValue Advisors, has more than 25 years of experience in executive management, marketing, sales, transactions, and law. He has personally managed over 70 transactions, either as buyer, seller, or advisor, and has had the operating responsibility for integrating acquisitions following purchase. In his role with CVA, Chris advises mid-market business owners across a wide variety of industries in preparation for and during critical transition events, including capital raises and business sales.
Chris has represented companies such as Uinta Brewing, Fresca Foods, Outward Hound, Sitewise, Alpine Waste & Recycling, and Garbanzo Mediterranean Grill. Before co-founding CVA, Chris helped found and was the President and Chief Operating Officer of Expanets, the nation’s largest ($1.2+ billion in revenues) provider of converged communications solutions.
Previously, Chris was an attorney with Wilson, Sonsini in Silicon Valley, and was a clerk for the Honorable Jesse E. Eschbach, Senior Judge for the United States Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit. Chris is a graduate of Miami University in Ohio and Harvard Law School, where he was the Managing Editor for the Harvard Law Review. Additionally, he is the co-author of the book Harvest: The Definitive Guide to Selling Your Company.
