Heidi Traore currently serves as supplier relationship development manager for National Co+op Grocers (NCG). Under her leadership, NCG promotional program revenue grew 69% over a four-year period. Through collaborations within cooperative supply chains, Heidi has been instrumental in bringing exclusive products produced by co-ops or made with cooperatively sourced ingredients to market at retail food co-ops. Recently supplier diversity was added to her desk and she is currently developing a system that will seek to diversify NCG’s supply chain.
