Fearless helps inspired organizations move the world forward, igniting growth and impact. She works with clients like Verizon, Twitter, Annie’s, The Nature Conservancy, Quinn Snacks, Orgain, Forager Project, Salk Institute, The Climate Reality Project, Ethan’s, Whispir, Bitly, and may other across categories.
While often confidential and not attributed, Leslie’s work is evident day in and day out in the messaging and creative of brands, thought leaders, and change agents around the nation.
Over the last 20+ years, she’s helped countless brands find their truths and make it matter, helping to tell their stories to architect nonlinear breakthroughs and leading them through moments of growth or change, including American Express, Volkswagen, NPR, United Healthcare, JP Morgan Chase, LIVESTRONG, Planned Parenthood, MetLife, Activision, Airbus, Motorola, and more. Prior to founding Fearless, Leslie was Managing Director of Brand Transformations at FGS Global (The Glover Park Group).
Leslie has won several Jay Chiat Awards for Strategic Excellence, a CLIO Award, Magellan Award, a Effie Award, an IAB MIXX Award among others and has been recognized as one of the best strategists in the business by top industry peers. Blending strategic expertise with extensive go-to-market leadership experience, Leslie is known for her ability to reorient brands and unleash latent potential for growth and scale.
Before FGS Global, Leslie led clients as VP, Account Management at Crispin Porter + Bogusky, AdAge’s Agency of the Decade in 2010. She also founded and led the digital practice at Apple’s advertising agency, TBWA \ Media Arts Lab, where she launched the first generation of the iPhone globally, several generations of iPods, was responsible for worldwide digital advertising, and helped develop the iconic “Get a Mac” campaign globally. She started her career in print media at Rolling Stone, Random House prior to developing research expertise in technology trends at Forrester Research and developing expertise as a brand and digital strategist at the storied agency IconNicholson (now Digitas).
A graduate of Swarthmore College, Leslie is a board member of School of Lost Borders, a Wilderness Rites of Passage Guide, and a mentor at Greenhouse Scholars, supporting high-achieving, under-resourced students.
