Liz Myslik, Managing Partner at Loft Growth Partners, is driven by her desire to help mission-driven brands and the people who create them. After starting her career in banking and management consulting, Liz pursued per passion for mission driven businesses by joining mind-body health company Gaiam in 2001 as head of International, M&A, and Brand and generated over $140 million of incremental revenue in four years. She then founded a brand management firm which served both entrepreneurial brands like Rudi’s, Eco-Products and 34 Degrees and global giants such as Georgia Pacific, General Mills, and J&J to create health and sustainably focused brands. in 2011, she invested in and joined the ownership team of Fresca Foods and transformed it from small co-packer into a leading manufacturer to global CPG companies and vertically integrated portfolio of owned brands. In 2020, she joined Loft Growth Partners to double down on her passion for helping purpose-driven entrepreneurial brands grow.
