Nick Mowbray is the CEO of ZURU, the business he co-founded in 2003 with brother Mat that’s grown exponentially to now be considered to be one of the top toy companies in the world – and spawned FMCG company ZURU Edge along with the next-gen ZURU Tech. With Mowbray at its helm, ZURU employs over 8000  staff in offices in 27 countries and its products are found in some of the biggest retailers in the world.

Mowbray is considered one of the most exciting entrepreneurs in the space, having won two EY Entrepreneur of the Year Awards (and going on to be inducted into the EY World Entrepreneur of the Year Hall of Fame) as well as appearing in Forbes, BBC News, and the Wall Street Journal. Currently residing in Auckland, the New Zealand native is regularly called on to speak at industry events both at home and abroad – albeit virtually for now.
