Ryan Lewendon is a Partner at Giannuzzi Lewendon, the leading law firm in the high-growth food, beverage, and personal care industries. Founded in 2011, the firm currently represents over 1,000 consumer products companies, as well as some of the leading private equity funds, distributors and multinational companies operating in these sectors.

Since 2007, Ryan has focused his practice on advising some of the most well-known CPG startups in the world, including VitaminWater, BodyArmor, Pirate’s Booty, Pretzel Crisps, Vita Coco, Califia Farms, HappyBaby, Essentia, Vital Proteins, Siggi’s, Oatly, Hu Products, Hello Products, Koia, Kevita, Country Archer, Sir Kensington’s, Orgain, Kos, MaryRuth’s Organics, and many more.

Ryan has assisted hundreds of CPG companies navigate their day-to-day needs such as structuring and negotiating their distributor, broker and supplier relationships, employee incentive programs and advisory networks, and celebrity/influencer endorsements and promotional partnerships.

In addition, to providing day-to-day legal services, Ryan also helps these companies negotiate and structure their financing, mergers, acquisitions and other major transactions. Most notably, Ryan represented BodyArmor in Coca-Cola’s largest-ever brand acquisition by which Coca-Cola purchased the remainder of BodyArmor for $5.6 billion at an enterprise value of $8 billion. Ryan grew up in Hamden, Connecticut. He attended Tulane University and Brooklyn Law School.
